The Mid Thames Model Boat Club was founded in 1980 and has since developed into one of the largest clubs in the South of England. It is a friendly Club that encourages members to build and enjoy all sorts of model boats. We have active sections for Fast Electric, Scale models, Tug Towing and Yachting (model yacht racing).

Our Club activities take place at the Hi5 Activity Centre, Reading Lake, Pingewood near Reading. If you are interested in joining us give us a call or turn up at one of our club events. No experience is required and if you wish you can have a go with a boat and see how you like it! You will find contact details and directions to Hi5 in the main menu above.
